If you really want to permanantly disable NFS and autofs, you could start
by removing the following from /etc/init.d

nfs.server
nfs.client
autofs

and the daemons nfsd and autofsd from /usr/sbin

You will need to modify other files also:

/etc/rpc
/etc/services
/etc/default/nfs
/etc/netconfig

and more.

Hi,
if you are sure that the nfs is not usable, you can remove the pks with

pkgrm xxx

searching:
pkginfo -i | grep nfs

Best regards
joerg
