Hey Jay

Unless you need the CDS Disk feature of SF5.0 or Veritas Cluster Server, I would also try to have a look at SUN's zfs, that comes "free to use" with any Solaris 10 and (somehow understandable) some nice features to make life of an admin easier (eq OS patching).
