Cluster 2.2 Switchover Oftenly

Hai,
I am having ultra machine where SUN o.s 5.6 is installed with Clusters 2.2. Here, i am facing a problem of Cluster switchover oftenly. Can you suggest a solution.

i don't know cluster 2.2, but is there a "scstat" command? if yes, please post the output here first, to get an impression of your setup.
