Make sure you have the latest patches for mpxio/scsi_vhci, remove the setting in the conf file, and have storage vendors tell you what bits you need to set to make it work with mpxio.

thanx for your help,
can you please tell me how can I check the patches that already installed and if they are the latest or not?

showrev -p | grep <patch no>--->relatively recent version of the qlc driver
Also use the cfgadm -al command to find if there are any SAN Disk errors which can help you to do further research
