Hi,

I would like to upgrade the memory to 8GB and two more cpu's is it possbile to upgrade?

Currently I have...

Did you already open the case? If you can find a place which fits two more CPUs would be nice.
Ultra 60 has max. 2x CPU and max. 2048MB RAM
Go and buy an Ultra 80, which can hold up to 4x CPU and 4096MB RAM
