HI
I have a V240 server and the probe-scsi-all on the Ok prompt is taking forever.
I have tried powercycling the server multiple times.
also tried set-defaults and reset-all..
COuld anyone tell the solution to this.. I have run out of options now.

Recently i was trying to connect Sun Storedge D1000 Array to E420 R (Practice servers). I connected the SCSI cable between array and server. I tried the following :
#devfsadm (nothing showed up)

Hi All,
Is there anyway two nodes can share D1000 or minipack with 6 disk slots.
Right now I have minipacks and I am connecting to Sunblade 100 and Sunbladew 150 separately. I would like to connect two systems to one minipack and able see the all the disks on both systems.

I know that probe-scsi-all can hang the system.
I want to know what is the difference between probe-scsi-all and probe-scsi.

I am setting up a Storedge Multipack and upon booting(stop + a) I did a probe-scsi all.
Is there any way of viewing this output one page at a time?....it scrolls by too fast and I cannot get all the info.
Also it lists the drives here, but after logging in format does not show them.
