The Solaris print system uses /etc/printers.conf.
To add new printers you can use
- the old SysV command lpadmin -p ... or
- the Solaris-specific lpset ... or
- edit the /etc/printers.conf file with a text editor (e.g. vi)
I am not sure if you need to also edit the /etc/inet/hosts file and add the hosts definitions.
