[Solved] No tty present and no askpass program specified!
Hi Guys,

I use a script sdcmdeploy.ksh to deploy java application to respective dev/test environment. This script is being executed on SunOS. These apps are weblogic apps & the script internally calls weblogic deploy script to deploy application to weblogic cluster.

But at this point it it fails to deploy there with this message :
sudo : no tty present and no askpass program specified

What is this error? How to fix it? Please let me know.

This error means sudo wants to ask for a password, but can't because it has no terminal.

Thank you sir. We've rectified the problem. There is sudo definition modification required for updated & latest applications. So its now defined to cooperate without authentication. Thank you.
