Hello,

I found out, problem was occured after upgrading OS on which is running our Ops Center from version SRU11.1.8.4.0 to newest SRU11.1.14.5.0. After reverting back to previous version AI assigned right IP to Ops Center in manifest. It should be investigated with Oracle, so I'll create Service Request.
