Jilliagre@ is right.
Before destroying the dump volume,you have to make that its no longer using in OS.
dumpadm may point to your zfs dump volume.
Here i am unable to set swap as dump .So i am disabling the dump device.
Now you are good to destroy dump volume.

Generally, this is what we do:-
On primary, export 2 LUNs (add-vdsdev).
On primary, assign these disks to the ldom in question (add-vdisk).
On ldom, created mirrored zpool from these two disks.
On one server (which is older) we have:-
