I have a little problem, I have Windows Xp in my desktop, yesterday I installed centos 5. Now when the Pc starts it goes directly to windows and I do not have the option to start centos.

When the system shutdown and startup, the login window can not start normally and often display as character mode, I have uncomment the last line in the /etc/dt/config/Xservers file as the following, but the problem still unfix:

I'm running a small FreeBSD 5.1 system @ home. Whenever you log in with a normal account (not root) the system displays a random tip (commands, etc.) after the MOTD. I'd like to turn this feature off so that my custom MOTD fits on one screen. Is this posible at all? (3 Replies)

Have three designated users on this machine.
Lets say I update the crontab
crontab -l > foo
make changes to foo and then update the ctab
crontab foo
When I execute the above step
The following message is displayed.
