creator 3d
got creator 3d card in my ultra10 solaris8. old sun monitor.

what is best way to setup the ffbconfig?.

i set to wrong resolution and messed up the CDE so that i could not read anything. Had to re-install solaris. easy way to get around this?.

ffbconfig
i did the "ffbconfig -deflinear true". this improved the display a lot. my blinking cursor is reddish now. How to change it back to solid black?.

Now for this quesion, have you restarted your X server since making this change?

yes, i have rebooted, "-i6" , already. same color. my cursor is blinking in reddish color. i like it to be in solid black. i have forgotten the command. other things look ok. sol.2.8.
