Vishal, I struggled more with this and resolved the issue. Issue was far different from what we were thinking. When I was digging more, I found few days back, somebody tried to install patch-cluster and it was failed and he reverted the changes back and bring server up. But somehow few of the libraries inside NGZ were updated to newer version version, while Global libraries remained in older ones. These libraries were seems to be corrupted. I tried copying libraries from another system of same version and release and that worked.
Code:
NGZ:-
/root# /usr/ccs/bin/what /usr/lib/libc.so*
/usr/lib/libc.so:
SunOS 5.10 Generic 142909-17 Aug 2010
/usr/lib/libc.so.1:

GLOBAL ZONE:-
/root# /usr/ccs/bin/what /usr/lib/libc.so*
/usr/lib/libc.so:
SunOS 5.10 Generic 139506-01 Nov 2008
/usr/lib/libc.so.1:
SunOS 5.10 Generic 139506-01 Nov 2008

To fix the issue, I installed Solaris-10 Patch Cluster (with many manual interventions Smilie) and that bring up Global as well as NGZ to similar and same patch level and corrected the problem.
Anyway, thanks for trying out for my problem :-)
