Which version of "libiconv" is libiconv.so.2 in?

Hi All, I am getting this in a compile error:

>gcc 1.c
ld.so.1: gcc: fatal: libiconv.so.2: open failed: No such file or directory Killed

I know this lib is in libiconv, but NONE of the below ones have that particular version in it:
Does anyonw know exatly where it is at? maybe 1.7? 1.6? but not on sunfreeware....?

libiconv-1.8-sol10-sparc-local.gz 17-May-2008 15:51 2.2M
libiconv-1.9.2-sol10-sparc-local.gz 17-May-2008 15:51 1.4M
libiconv-1.11-sol10-sparc-local.gz 17-May-2008 15:51 1.4M
libiconv-1.13.1-sol10-sparc-local.gz 12-Jan-2010 14:29 1.4M
libiconv-1.14-sol10-sparc-local.gz 08-Aug-2011 05:22 1.5M

Also, AFTER I bring it in, how do I include the lib path as a gcc flag? is it with a -R or -L or both?
Thanks
