Question File Transfer queries

Hi Team,

I have around 30GB tar file in solaris box. I would like to transfer from solaris box to linux box.

Could you please advice on which one is best. I mean ftp,sftp,rsync,scp ?

Yes. I am transferring files by using scp. Its looking good.

In future, give a try to bbcp.
Using BBCP

It is better for transferring larger files.
