USB drive not being detected -ehci1

Hi All,

I am trying to get SanDisk 16GB usb drive to be read by my x4270 Solaris10 server, but I get the below error when I plug it in:

Code:
root@server1>rmformat -l
Looking for devices...
 No removables found.
root@server1>
 root@server1>dmesg | tail
Apr 28 16:02:52 server1 genunix: [ID 408114 kern.info] /pci@0,0/pci108e,484c@1d,7/storage@4 (scsa2usb1) offline
Apr 29 10:15:36 server1 usba: [ID 691482 kern.warning] WARNING: /pci@0,0/pci108e,484c@1d,7 (ehci1): Connecting device on port 4 failed

The usb drive works fine on my windows laptop tho.
Does anyone know the reason/solution for these errors?

Thanks,
Kerry
