maybe a firewall issue? the port might be blocked... if you've access to the server try with a notebook and a direct cable to the management port. also do a ilom update to the latest version of the ilom FW, which also updates the servers bios...
by default the the webinterface should be up and running if your ilom is accessible via network. i don't know if you can disable the web-gui?!

edit:
i checked yesterday, it is possible to disable the web-gui. you've to check this!

So I have a lot of equipment in San Diego racks and there was a recent county-wide black out. Our data racks are supposedly on diesel generators.
