Data can't run file tar

Hi all,
i have a problem.
i get xamp to my server.
Code:
wget Download XAMPP from SourceForge.net

Code:
100%[======================================>] 78,086,734 11.6M/s in 6.5s

2011-02-27 10:05:11 (11.5 MB/s) - `xampp-linux-1.7.4.tar.gz.4' saved [78086734/78086734]

After finish download,i run file tar
Code:
tar xvfz xampp-linux-1.7.4.tar.gz -C /opt

Then i get this note:

[jill@fgd7ayaa ~]$ tar xvfz xampp-linux-1.7.4.tar.gz -C /opt

Try the following
Code:
gunzip xampp-linux-1.7.4.tar.gz
tar xvf xampp-linux-1.7.4.tar -C /opt

I get this problem:
When i get cm:

According to the man page on Solaris the -C option is only applicable to the create or replace options. As you are extracting it probably does not understand the option and it is treating
Code:
-C /opt

as the two files you want to extract. Instead change directory to /opt and then extract the archive.

As you say ,can i change "-C /opt" to diffirent partition,right ?
How can i change directory ? Please help me or show me some examples.So thanks.

cd = change directory

Code:
# cd /opt
# tar xvf xampp-linux-1.7.4.tar
