Hi everyone,
I got error which is "!bad user (root)" in crontab...
I tried changing password,
I checked etc/cron/cron.allow and cron.deny,
And also I checked the permissions of my files,
its(my crontab script) still not working....

What I am doing is creating a top menu, which a user will select a choice with a number entry. That number corresponds to a string in an array. I then want to assign that response to another array I've already declared.
For example:

Hi,
It's actually strange, but Is there any way through which I can assign super user rights to normal user.
Actually su/sudo/rbac does solve these but switching id is the problem for an application.
For eg: $dladm show-dev
insufficient priviliges.
Is there any way to get it done ?

I am trying to execute a python script from a user's crontab.
/home/user1/UDE/scripts/UdeManager.py
I am at /home/user1.
If I run the command "/home/user1UDE/scripts/UdeManager.py" from the users home directory its working fine.
