I doubt it, patch 127127-11 was released in April 2008.

The relevant patches seem to be (at least I couldn't find more recent ones, they were released 2005):
118607-01 ... SUNWjmail
118609-01 ... SUNWjaf
118611-01 ... SUNWjato

I think, it's very old release.

Have you information about new package?

In order to download patches, you need an account on sunsolve, that is linked with a valid support contract.

If you don't have such an account, you could download the most recent Solaris release as ISO Image and extract the three packages. They should also be installable on earlier Solaris releases.

You can get Solaris at http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/get.jsp
