Why did you only install the core ? The ssh packages are on your installation media but the simplest way would be to reinstall the full distribution.

my boss said it to heavy use full, so we install the core only and install manually ...
i have succes installer with solaris 10 2007 buat we install core in solaris 10 2008,
we have an problem with ssh state.. it's maintenace.

we use it for web server...!!!

If the ssh service is in maintenance, the ssh package isn't missing.

What says:
Code:
svcs -xv

?

Code:
# svcs -xv
svc:/network/finger:default (finger)
State: maintenance since Mon Jun 28 19:15:46 2010
Reason: Restarter svc:/network/inetd:default gave no explanation.
   See: Sun Microsystems Message Lookup
   See: man -M /usr/share/man -s 1M in.fingerd
   See: man -M /usr/share/man -s 1M fingerd
Impact: This service is not running.

svc:/network/ssh:default (SSH server)
State: maintenance since Mon Jun 28 19:15:48 2010
Reason: Start method failed repeatedly, last exited with status 1.
   See: Sun Microsystems Message Lookup
   See: man -M /usr/share/man -s 1M sshd
   See: /var/svc/log/network-ssh:default.log
Impact: This service is not running.
