Can you explain what jlliagre suggested you to do that is hard to follow

His last suggestion was to make the exe files you want to run available to Solaris.
That means that you should e.g. mount a harddisk or usbstick, assuming the exe files are stored there and then run wine.
Btw. I doubt that you will be happy with Solaris, since it looks like you expect it to be like Windows.
However you should definitely try Wine, but again, I doubt you will get (all) your games to work there.
In conclusion I have to say that such sudden OS change is no good idea, especially if you're complete new to UNIX.
