i am using solaris 10 with run level 3.(Graphical Interface). I am a beginner to solaris so that i just want to do some R&D with my machine. I decided to boot into the command line interface, so i go througth the internet and find that the following command should be given to boot into the command line interface
The moment when i fired this command, immediately it went to the non-graphical mode then i was prompted for root password for maintanence. I could not reboot the system atleast for the next 4 hours. I gave the root password and disable the multi-user service.
Then i enable the multi-user-server service. But still it didnt go the graphical mode.
