Solaris RSC configuration

Hi everyone,
I've been reading across to configure the RSC that came with my SunFire v890 (along time ago) but I think there are several points I don't completely understand.

First, I think I need a new IP address for the RSC, right? where should I attach the RSC? to my network (the same as the server)? to my terminal server? I'm really confused at this point.

Second, I've been told that I need to connect to the RSC during the setup with a crossover cable, but I don't know when to do it nor what to do when I get connected this way.

I've read a lot about the RSC, but I have not found any step-by-step guide to install and configure it, so I'm a bit lost with this. If you could help me I'd be really pleased.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
The doc for the rsc software can be found here:
Sun Microsystems Documentation

What you need to do is set an IP on the netMGMT port and connect it to your network.
this is done:
If you got access to sunsolve, you can follow this two guides:
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/docum...=1-61-206142-1
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/docum...=1-61-213185-1

If not, then you can follow:
