Wanted - WordPerfect for Solaris Sparc
I'm looking for a copy of WordPerfect 6 or WordPerfect 7 to use on my Sun Blade 2500 workstation at home. I have spent a lot of time searching the Internet looking for someplace to buy it from, but without success. I know that nowadays everyone likes StarOffice or OpenOffice, and I use that too; but I don't want to give up using my favorite wordprocessor.

i don't think wordperfect was never released for another platform than windows...?!?!

It actually used to be available for numerous non MS Windows platforms uncluding SunOS 4 and Solaris 2.

I used to run it on HP-UX several years ago, but I haven't heard anything about it lately.

I know that Sun make s a version of Solaris for Sparc platforms and also an x86 (Intel/AMD) release of Solaris.
