1. Delete the metadb which you have created.
2. Create the 7th partition again of 512 mb
3. create the metadb
metadb -a -f -c 3 c0t0d0s7

# metainit -f d11 1 1 c0t0d0s0
d11: Concat/Stripe is setup
# metainit d12 1 1 c0t1d0s0
d12: Concat/Stripe is setup
# metainit d10 -m d11
d10: Mirror is setup
# metaroot d10
# lockfs -fa
# reboot
...
# metattach d10 d12
d10: Submirror d12 is attached

Just one question, DB replica has approximately 4 - 5Mb x 3 = 15Mb so why you allocate to slice cXtXsXs7 512 Mb????

and i follow it to run the fsck, but when the fsck proceed to step 2. it prompt out n times of this even i keep press enter.

is it need run this fsck -y /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 to tell fsck to fix errors without asking using

fsck would cause files/data to be deleted. I suppose you have a good backup before doing so. It should not be the case for you to have hit such a problem. Something is not right from the start

hmn... i think i need to reinstall the OS better. what is your suggestion? =)
coz after i successful mount the c0t0d0s0 to /mnt,
inside the folder is nothing.
kindly advise.

or i need to create a folder etc inside the /mnt ?

???Smilie nothing? what OS was your system using earlier?
cd /mnt
ls -la <--- nothing ????
did you try umount and mount again?
Are you mounting the correct disk device?

yes... ls -la , it show nothing.
preciously is using the Solaris 10g

i mount using this command
# mount /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /mnt

me also weird, it show nthg.
