Firefox latest builds for Solaris are available there.
Get Involved (Community Group desktop.development) - XWiki
Installing them is just a matter of untarring the archives.
There are also SVR4 packages available there:
Index of /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.5.5/contrib/solaris_pkgadd
If you are using OpenSolaris, the package manager might also be used to upgrade your Firefox to 3.5 when uzing the opensolaris.org.dev repository.

Just remove the firefox related package and install the newer one:

Code:
wget http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.5.5/contrib/solaris_pkgadd/firefox-3.5.5.en-US.solaris-10-fcs-i386-pkg.bz2
bunzip2 firefox-3.5.5.en-US.solaris-10-fcs-i386-pkg.bz2
pkgrm SFWatk SFWcairo SFWfirefox SFWgtk2 SFWpango SFWpixman
pkgadd -G -d firefox-3.5.5.en-US.solaris-10-fcs-i386-pkg
