Update MX000 XCP firmware
how can we download the firmware form the host to the XSCF , My host is not configured with either FTP,HTTPS or proxy server. Someone told me we can do it with getflashimage but i did not find any info getflashimage man page to do it.
Any help will be appreciated.

I faced a similar situation.

what I did is, I installed the operating system first. Then I setup a dummy ip address on my host, and used it as an ftp server for the firmware upgrade. I made a cross network between the OS and the XCP , and used my host to upload the firmware to the XCP Smilie

why so problematic??? copy the f/w to your thumb drive and plug to the USB on the server. (that's for the usage)
At the XSCF:-
getflashimage file:///media/usb_msd/FFXCP1071.tar.gz
