True Type Font in Solaris

Hello,

It is not related to scripting or unix command but it is related to Solaris environment setup. I'm a web developer, in my web application (J2EE using WebLogic 8.1) currently it's running in Windows. We are planning to have Disaster Server in Solaris host. In my application, we are generating reports in PDF file, using the FOP (which is also Java program). The problem is in FOP config file, we have to give path for ttf file location to use for pdf file generation. We have ttf file for Windows. But we are not able to find or locate the ttf font files for Solaris host. or (Type 1 font location). We are using Solaris 2.6. I'm happy to share any further information required for this.

Regards,
Balaji

Solaris 2.6 hosting a web server, a hackers delight!

If you run:
Code:
$ grep -wi ttf /var/sadm/install/contents

you will see what True Type Fonts you have installed, Solaris 10 has quite a few, whther Solaris 2.6 has any at all I am not sure...
