hi everybody i 'm beginner in solaris and by mistake i removed shadow file any one can help me to restore it from passwd file

If you want to create shadow file without passwords (so users can later recreate them manually) use pwconv command.

Restore the shadow file from a bootable CD. Mount it and copy to your HDD

Considering that he probably wants to keep existing users, pwconv is better solution.
