Solaris 8 logon problem with normal user

Hello.
I have problem in Solaris 8.
I can logon cde with root there is no problem.
When I logon with normal user I am recieving black screen after 10 15 second login screen (cde pasword screen) coming again.

1 years ago we resolved same problem. We found a file It must be run with admin privilage. When we use chmod 4755 xxxx.xx we resolved problem. we saw Desktop

But we couldn't found file.

is any one has expericance?

My usual experience with CDE is that it fails on log onto if the user does not have a home directory or the users home directory is full or the user's home directory is not writeable because the ownership or permissions are incorrect. I am not aware of any file whose permissions needed correcting to enable normal users to log on.
