Sorry, Pls do not SPLIT up your answers like this.
Can we have the MODEL of the system , I can see its and x86 box.
pls provide the command outputs:-
uname -a
prtdiag -v
cat /var/adm/messages

but the solaris works in the vbox

Create your own /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and set it with the proper frequencies
