doubt reg crontab

Hi,

I have a doubt reg crontab entries. If the user name is there in /etc/cron.d/cron.allow and also in cron.deny file will he able to execute.

if the user is not in both the file means wt will do?

If the username is in both the files, he will not be allowed.
If the username is Not in any of the files, he will not be able to execute.
If only the deny file exists and the username is not present there, he will be able to execute
