and can you see your disks now?

if not, hook up a screen and invoke the lsi raid utility while booting, I think it was control-c when you see the lsi screen searching for volumes.

see if you can tweak it there..

You mean you cant use keyboard strokes like "tab" and "Enter".
Basically this is similar to BIOS right?

nope ...I'm not able to use keyboard to change. Only enter for help ....where it saying no help available for the selected item.

Have you tried using fdisk to make it seen under UNIX first? Then format and devfsadm should see the disks as you expect.

i think before running fdisk solaris should see the disk using format or devfsadm command.

Tools

Hi, I have the same problem with ten differents X6250 blades. They all regognize the HD with ctrl+a (for RAID) and I theoretically could do a low level format. But when I boot an ISO image (for example Opensolaris) no HD is present. And those SUN HD are so special that you couldn't fdisk them using a SATA cable to put them via USB on a external machine.
There MUST be a tool to disable Adaptec RAID utility. I'm sure the HD is not recognized because of this.
