Network UPS Tools 2.4.0 (Release branch)

ImageNetwork UPS Tools (also known as NUT) is an extremely powerful and versatile client/server based approach to UPS monitoring. Products from a wide range of vendors (APC, Belkin, Best Power, MGE, Tripp-Lite, etc.) are supported. A shared UPS can be monitored by one host, notifcations being sent to the other hosts via authenticated TCP connections. A Web interface is available, as is a Windows client. This release includes preliminary support forPower Distribution Units (PDUs), either nativelyor through a binding to the Powerman daemon. Italso includes support for several new devices, anda new "repeater" mode for the dummy-ups driver.Support for tcp-wrappers was added to replaceNUT's non-standard ACL system. This driver supports the Tripp Lite SmartOnline family (via the serial port). EXTRA ARGUMENTS
This driver supports the following optional settings in the ups.conf(5): lowbatt=num Set the low battery warning threshold in percent at which shutdown is initiated by upsmon(8). By default, the UPS may not report low battery until there are only a few seconds left. Common values are around 25--30. AUTHOR
