I am planning to choose my career as Unix/Linux Admin or a DBA. But I have come to know from forums and few admins like the job will be 24/7. I have few questions on that.
Can we get "DAY" shifts in any one of the admin Job ?
Can't we have shift timings in any company ?

I'm currently a Windows admin and have wanted to jump ship to the *nix side for a while now. I've been studying both through an lpic level 1 manual as I have time (focusing on debian), and a solaris 10 cert book. Folks - any advice on lp commands etc..
I dont use printers on solaris servers, neither do we have any installed but I need to know as much as possible for the solaris admin course...

MojoMojo has a number of preferences that can be set in "Site settings" ("/.admin"). If values are not set in the database, they are read
from mojomojo.conf, or default values are used.
admins
Login names of users with admin privileges.
Default: 'admin'.
name
Site name.
Default: 'MojoMojo'.

Specify which formatter to use as the main text formatter. The two options so far ares Markdown and Textile, with Markdown being default

open_registration
Controld whether user registration is available.
Default: false.
anonymous_user

edit the entire site.
Default: false.
enforce_login
If set, users are forced to login before performing any action.
Default: false.
check_permission_on_view
If set, permissions to view are checked on view and search.

create_allowed, delete_allowed, edit_allowed, view_allowed, attachment_allowed
If true, anonymous users can create, delete, edit, view, and manipulate attachments, respectively.
