cutmp3 is a small command line MP3 editor. Itlets you select sections of an MP3 interactivelyor via a timetable and save them to separate fileswithout quality loss. Silence and ID3 tagsearching are also possible. For playback it usesmpg123. The program works with VBR files and filesbigger than 2GB. bool id3_set_tag (string $filename, array $tag, [int $version = ID3_V1_0]) DESCRIPTION
id3_set_tag(3) is used to change the information stored of an ID3 tag. If no tag has been present, it will be added to the file. PARAMETERS
