The GOBLIN project consists of a C++ class libraryfor a large series of graph optimization problems,GOSH, an extension of the Tcl/Tk scriptinglanguage to graph objects, and GOBLET, a graphicaluser interface to the library functions. Several contructor methods for non-planar, regulargraphs are now provided: Moebius ladders,generalized Petersen graphs, generalized Knesergraphs, and torus grid graphs. A couple of bugs inthe layout code have been fixed. The Tcl API wasfurther cleaned up and documented.
