ccextractor is a tool that analyzes video files (DVDs, Transport Streams, Tivo, Media Center, and others) and produces independent subtitle files (.srt and .sami) from the closed captions data. It is portable, small, and very fast. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes:
