pulpTunes 1.0 final (Default branch)

ImagepulpTunes is a Web server for the iTunes, letting you access your music through the Web. It runs on Windows and Mac, and even any other platform like Linux, provided you have aniTunes-like XML library file that points at the path of your music files.License: GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:
Support for AAC (.m4a) files, a redesigned client-side user interface, and the ability to show a song's cover art. On Windows and Mac OS X, the server attempts to find the iTunes XML config file. At startup, it is checked if the firewall/router allows for incoming connections. If not, a link to portforward.com is shown for help. The minimum Java version required is now 1.5 (used to be 1.6). Memory consumption was vastly reduced. An incompatibility with reverse proxy servers was fixed along with a performance problem with the Party Shuffle and concurrency problems.Image
