ExactImage 0.6.7 (Default branch)

ExactImage is a fast C++ image processing library.Unlike ImageMagick, it allows operation in severalcolor spaces and bit depths natively, resulting inmuch lower memory and computational requirements. Some optimized algorithms operate in 1/20 of thetime ImageMagick requires, and displaying largeimages can be as fast as 1/10 of the time the"display" program takes.License: GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:
The vector text handling now supports the whole Unicode range via UTF-8 (formerly only the ASCII sub-set was supported). The econvert command line interface was fixed to parse newlines in string arguments. The Floyd-Steinberg implementation was improved to reduce color bleeding, the zlib compression factor can now be controlled for writing PNG images, and a buffer-overrun was fixed in the XPM decoder.Image

edisplay - fast image viewer SYNOPSIS
edisplay [--gl] file... edisplay --help DESCRIPTION
ExactImage is a fast C++ image processing library. Unlike many other library frameworks it allows operation in several color spaces and bit depths natively, resulting in low memory and computational requirements. edisplay loads the specified images, one by one, and displays them on a X-server (or other display device if the minimal abstracted needed is added). In the top-left corner a tiny, shaded on-screend-display shows the current cursor position as well as the color value of the pixel. For images including an alpha channel a checkboard is displayed in the background. OPTIONS
--gl Utilize OpenGL for rendering. --help Display help text and exit. KEY AND MOUSE BINDINGS
Space, Backspace Go through the list of specified images. arrow keys, PageUp/PageDown, left mouse button, mouse-wheel: Pan the image. +, -, Ctrl+mouse-wheel Zoom the image. 1 Reset zoom to 1:1. Tab, Shift+Tab Cycle through the image channels as color dropout and intensity maps. a Toggle anti-aliasing. <, > Rotate the image. q Quit the application. SEE ALSO
