imageTagger makes it easy to manage tags ofdifferent images and so organise large collectionsof image collections. It features the ability toassign free tags to images and to search forpictures with tags. The tags are storedexternally, so this can also be used for filesthat should not be changed, files on CDs, andpictures in a format that does not supportmetadate.
