Dyadic Snapshot Scheduler 0.1.1 (Default branch)
DSS creates hardlink-based snapshots of a given directory on a remote or local host using rsync's link-dest feature. License: GNU General Public License v2 Changes:
This release prevents busy loops on rsync exit code 13. It ignores any snapshot directory with creation time > completion time. It opens /dev/null for reading and writing when executing rsync. It shows human readable snapshot creation duration when listing snapshots. It restarts the rsync process if it returned with exit code 13. Image

NAME

       Bio::PrimerDesigner::Remote - A class for remote access to Bio::PrimerDesigner

SYNOPSIS

	 use Bio::PrimerDesigner::Remote;

DESCRIPTION

       Interface to the server-side binaries.  Passes the primer design paramaters to a remote CGI, which uses a server-side installation of
       Bio::PrimerDesigner to process the request.

METHODS

   CGI_request
       Passes arguments to the URL of the remote Bio::PrimerDesigner CGI and returns the raw output for further processing by local design
       classes.

   check
       Tests the URL to make sure the host is live and the CGI returns the expected results.
