JumpBox for OTRS is a virtual appliance for OTRS. OTRS is a ticket request system (also known as a trouble ticket system) with many features to manage customer telephone calls and email messages. The JumpBox for OTRS allows anyone to be up and running with this system on any OS in under a minute. The virtualized nature of a JumpBox makes it trivial to move across OSes and hosting environments. And with features like built-in automated backups, it's the easiest way to deploy and manage OTRS. License: Free To Use But Restricted Changes:
The OTRS application has been upgraded to OTRS 2.3.3. This JumpBox should be able to restore from 1.0 and newer JumpBoxes.
