Subtitle Editor 0.25.0 (Default branch)

Image Subtitle Editor is a GTK+2 tool to edit subtitles for GNU/Linux/*BSD. It can be used for new subtitles or as a tool to transform, edit, correct, and refine existing subtitles. It also shows sound waves, which makes it easier to synchronize subtitles to voices. License: GNU General Public License v3 Changes:
The subtitle format system was completely rewritten. The precision of the number of characters per second has been improved. There are bugfixes and small UI improvements. Image

gconf-editor DESCRIPTION
The GConf Editor application enables you to view and edit all of your current personal desktop preferences. The GConf Editor window pro- vides a tree view to navigate through the hierarchy of preferences, an edit pane to make changes to individual preferences, and a descrip- tion pane to highlight the documentation associated with the currently selected preference.
