Virtual News Reader: Alpha Release

Virtual News Reader is a computer desktop application that can convert text (idealy for online news) into Virtual Voice and can be saved on computer. The project is using Java, (JSAPI), FreeTTS (Text-To-Speech synthesis), DJProject, Substance, & other.

We are thinking of building a CNET style reader app for reading threads in the forums. One developer suggested we look at a CNN vBulletin app, which I am not familiar with (he said he will post the link tomorrow, Monday). Class Methods "new" The constructor "new" creates and returns an empty "TAP::Parser::YAMLish::Reader" object. my $reader = TAP::Parser::YAMLish::Reader->new; Instance Methods "read" my $got = $reader->read($iterator); Read YAMLish from a TAP::Parser::Iterator and return the data structure it represents.
