All command line parsing has been removed; the environment variables should be used instead. Region specific monsters, which weren't placed, have been fixed. A big memory leak has been fixed. The server writes a PID file now. Many fixes and improvements in the internal pod and text processing. RIP inscriptions on gravestones have been fixed. Login name length has been bumped from 18 to 20 chars max. Improved gender support and death messages. Some minor potential for data corruption bugs and race conditions is fixed. The file loader doesn't crash on corrupt files anymore.
