Gutuma is a feature rich PHP newsletter/mailinglist management tool that is designed to be easyto install and use. It doesn't require a database,yet offers multiple lists, import and export fromCSV, file attachments, drafts, AJAX subscribegadgets, administrator email notifications, MD5protected logins, and batched deliveries that canbe driven by a cron job.
