spin_feedback collects parameters of an (X)HTMLform, as either multipart/form-data orapplication/x-www-form-urlencoded, validates them,stores them into an SQL database, and emails themto a designated email address. Emailing ofattachments is supported, but only the name of theuploaded file is stored in the database.
