Subtitle Editor 0.22.3 (Default branch)

Subtitle Editor is a GTK+2 tool to edit subtitles for GNU/Linux/*BSD. It can be used for new subtitles or as a tool to transform, edit, correct, and refine existing subtitles. It also shows sound waves, which makes it easier to synchronize subtitles to voices. License: GNU General Public License v3 Changes:
This release improves the speed accessibility of the menu at launch. There are many spelling fixes. Czech and French translations have been updated.
